Follow the Flash de la Courneuve on and off the field!

Videographer Amara of Valyu, a Creative Communications Agency, is following one of France’s top American football clubs for a full season.

His extremely well-polished and produced documentary style episodes offer a slightly different look at the organization. In addition to the hard hitting sports action, Amara highlights the day-t0-day life of the club’s members. Although in French with no subtitles, the film is compelling viewing.

Amara-le-videaste-225x300Amara has begun to accumulate a lot of footage and has published the first of a series of short documentaries. The documentary series has yet to be picked up by a traditional broadcast medium and will be presented on the web channel 9MN.

Episode #1 was released Monday, February 9, 2015, the first episode of “Playgrounds – La Courneuve Flash.” The episode highlights the Flash’s 2014 season ending semi-final loss to cross-town foes, the Molosses de Asnieres-sur-Seine. The Flash opened their 2015 season two weeks ago against the Molosses, avenging their last second loss with a 34-12 victory.
