Week three is already here! The European League of Football is rapidly getting through the weeks, and we already have a lot that is shaping up to be intriguing for fans worldwide. There is a lot to talk about in the videos.
For this short introduction, we will talk about the match-up of the Frankfurt Galaxy and Paris Musketeers.
This game has tremendous ramifications for the entirety of the 2024 season. Not only interconference but also how we look at the teams as we advance, playoff seedings and potentially how teams rebuild their rosters in the future.
Both the Galaxy and the Musketeers have stated that the championship is the ultimate target, of course. All of the teams in the league say this but only a handful of them are realistic statements.
The Frankfurt team coming off the loss to the championship holder, the Rhein Fire by a score of 31-20. This score was closer at some points in the game, but the Fire did look like the better team in the overall flow of the game. Paris earned a dominating 41-14 win over rivals the Hamburg Sea Devils. This one was never in contention as the Musketeers looked outstanding and quarterback Zach Edwards looks like an early MVP candidate.
Today’s game is in line to be an offensive shootout that will have one team come out on top. I am predicting that the team that can get the first turnover of the game will be able to gain the advantage and get it for the game. To go a step further I am going to say that Paris gets it done rather comfortably. They look like serious contenders to the Fire’s unbeaten streak.
