Switzerland’s reigning champions, the Calanda Broncos, have brought in Wojciech ‘Voyt’ Andrzejczak to serve as their defensive coordinator for the 2020 season.
Coach ‘Voyt’ brings more than 15 years of international coaching experience to the Broncos.
Most recently, the 35-year-old Andrzejczak, a native of Poznan, Poland, served this past season as a defensive analyst and assistant defensive line coach at Towson University (Div 1 FCS) under head coach Rob Ambrose. Earlier this year he coached Remscheid Amboss in Germany and helped Jaguary Katy Wroclawskie in Poland’s LFA2 .
In 2018, he was a member of the coaching staff of the Romanian champion Bucharest Rebels under head coach Stan Bedwell, working as defensive coordinator. He also served in the same capacity with the Allgäu Comets in the German Football League. He worked for Jim Criner and his American Football Coaching & Teaching Academy, AFCTA, at multiple camps and clinics in Austria, Czech Republic, Poland and China. In 2015, he worked for the US National Football Team and USA Football Heads Up Protection Tour and also that year coached the Clifton HS Mustangs and Junior Mustangs U-14 team in New Jersey.
He was a speaker at the European Sports Forum in 2019 as well as the 94th AFCA Coaches Convention.
Andrzejczak is also a member of the American Football International writing staff.
