Swedish Superserien hits halfway mark of the season
The Swedish Superserien reaches the midpoint of the 2024 season Saturday, May 4 with six of the eight teams in action and two putting unbeaten records on the line.
The undefeated Carlstad Crusaders (3-0) head to Stockholm to face one of the newcomers to the top league this season, AIK (1-1). Then defending Norwegian champions, the Oslo Vikings (0-3), who are playing in Sweden’s top league for the first time, will attempt to snap their three-game losing streak when they host the defending Swedish champions, the undefeated Stockholm Mean Machines (3-0). Finally, the Limhamn Griffins will make the trek for the south of Sweden to Stockholm take on 2023 finalists, the Tyresö Royal Crowns (1-1)
