Swedish Superserien kicks off 2023 season
The Swedish Superserien kicks off its 2023 season this Saturday, April 15.
The four teams – the defending champion Stockholm Mean Machines, the Carlstad Crusaders, Tyresö Royal Crowns and Örebro Black Knights – will face each opponent twice in a regular season which will last for two months. The Swedish title game will take place on July 8.
Stockholm will be looking to defend a title that they have won 14 times since 1998, including two of the last four. Meanwhile, Carlstad are aiming for championship #10. Both the Black Knights and Royal Crowns have captured the Swedish title once each.
