Sweden: Superserien heads into 2nd weekend of play
The Swedish Superserien heads into its second weekend of action with two teams looking to go undefeated and two fighting to find their first win.
The Carlstad Crusaders (0-1) will be looking to even their record at 1-1 when they welcome the Stockholm Mean Machines (1-0) to Sola Arena in Karlstad while the Tyresö Royal Crowns (1-0) will be trying to stay unbeaten when they host the 0-1 Örebro Black Knights.

The Royal Crowns opened the season with an impressive 33-7 road win over the Carlstad Crusaders. It was their first victory over the Carlstad since beating them 34-30 back in 2015. The Black Knights enter the game following a tough 48-12 loss to the Stockholm Mean Machines. Tyresö and Örebro traded wins against each other in 2022 with the Royal Crowns winning at home 35-16 and then losing on the road to the Black Knights 26-20.
Stockholm Mean Machines (1-0) @ Carlstad Crusaders (0-1)
The Carlstad Crusaders suffered an upset when they lost their opening game of the season to the Tyresö Royal Crowns 33-7 two weeks ago while Stockholm is coming off a 48-12 victory over Örebro. The Mean Machines won both games between the two teams in 2022, 37-35 and 41-23.
