ELF: Stuttgart Surge captain Alesandro Vergani: “Ready to hunt”
The Stuttgart Surge were so close to returning the the ELF Championship game in 2024. The 2023 runner ups fell just short in overtime against the Rhein Fire in the smei-fianls in what was one of the most exciting games of the 2024 season.
Team captain Alessandro Vergani commented on what was a semi-finals epic game in Stuttgart:
“Despite the loss, the game against Rhein Fire was a hard-fought battle at the highest level, with both teams giving their all. The atmosphere at Gazi-Stadion was incredible, and the rain storm gave an even more epic energy, making the fans’ support feel even more special.”
