Following the final game of the year, Zach Cavanaugh of the Ljubljana Silverhawks finished the Austrian Football League regular season as the leader in passing yardage category holding onto the lead he has held for most of the second half of the season.
With that, players from the Silverhawks wound up as the leaders in two of the four main stats categories while players from the SonicWall Mödling Rangers led the other two.
The Ljubljana Silverhawks finished with five players among the Top 5 in the four categories. The SonicWall Mödling Rangers and the Traun Steelsharks have four each while the Projekt Spielberg Graz Giants finished with three and the Swarco Raiders two. The Bratislava Monarchs and Danube Dragons each had one representative.The second place Dacia Vienna Vikings did not have a single player among the Top 5 in any category.
Zach Cavanaughof the Ljubljana Silverhawks finished as the passing yardage leader among all quarterbacks in the Austrian Football League with 3,018 yards and 30 TDs after throwing for 344 yards and three touchdowns in the final game against the Traun Steelsharks.. Danube Dragons QB Chad Jeffries climbed up into 2nd finishing with 2,679 yards. Swarco Raiders QB Sean Shelton dropped down and wound up 3rd after sitting out the final regular season loss. He ended the year with 2,594 yards and a league best 34 TD passes while John Uribe of the Traun Steelsharks has 2,335 yards and 19 TDs. Mödling Rangers QB Dylan Potts slid down to 5th with 2,246 yards and 17 TDs.
Receiving
As he has for much of the year, Matic Tomse of the Ljubljana Silverhawks wound up in top spot in receiving yardage with 1,121 yards and a league-best 14 TD receptions. SonicWall Mödling Rangers WR Roman Namdar held on to 2nd with 951 yards while Mario Winter from the Traun Steelsharks finished 3rd with 905 yards. Silverhawks WR Eugen Sumic wound up 4th with 758 yards. Philipp Haun of the Danube Dragons ended up in 5th spot with 735 yards and 9 TDs.
Rushing
Quarterback Dylan Potts of the Mödling Rangers finished in top spot in the rushing yardage list in the Austrian Football League with 1,117 yards and a league-best 17 TDs. Matthias Kiegerl of the Projekt Spielberg Graz Giants wound up 2nd with 864 yards and 12 TDs. Traun Steelsharks RB, Felix Stadler is 3rd with 782 while teammate Florian Nöhmayr moved up into 4th with 688 yards after rushing for 126 yards in the final regular season game against the Silverhawks. Silverhawks QB Zach Cavanaugh ended up the season as the 5th leading rusher in Austria with 641 yards.
Tackles
As he has the entire season, Mödling Rangers LB Barron Miller led all tacklers in the Austrian Football League and finished the year with 75 tackles. Graz Giants LB Thomas Schnurrer wound up 2nd with 57.5 tackles while Ljubljana Silverhawks LB Patrick Kenney held on to 3rd with his 57.5 tackles as well. Fabian Seeber of the Swarco Raiders stayed 4th with 55 tackles. Cameron Smith of the Bratislava Monarchs climbed back up into the top 5 and finished the year with 48 tackles.
