Stats leaders in Italy pulling away
Italy’s Div. I is heading into the home stretch and based on individual stats, clearly the Milano Seamen offense is kicking into a higher gear.
Mialno Seamen QB Luke Zahradka had another outstanding passing day, this time against the Lazio Ducks and has further increased his passing yardage lead but his leading targets, Stefano Di Tunisi and Xavier Mitchell are quickly climbing up the receiving yardage list.
Firenze Guelfi’s Silas Nacita, one of the top running backs in the German Football League for three years, is now the runaway rushing leader and has moved even further ahead.
After six weeks, the Firenze Guelfi and Milano Seamen still have the most representation but the race is tight.
The Guelfi and Milano Seamen each have three players among the top five in the three offensive categories. The Lazio Ducks, Bolzano Giants and Ancona Dolphins have two each while the Bergamo Lions, Parma Panthers and Bologna Warriors have one player each. The Torino Giaguari is the sole team without representation.
