ELF: Stuttgart Surge look to solidify conference lead when Munich Raven come to town
Sunday’s European League of Football matchup this weekend will open up in Stuttgart, as the 7-1 Surge host the 4-4 Munich Ravens in an ELF Central matchup.
The Surge are coming off one of the best offensive performance in ELF history against the Milano Seamen, putting up a ridiculous 78 points on the Italian side. This game saw QB Kenyatte Allen have his ELF breakout game, passing for over 500 yards and scoring eight total touchdowns.

Despite this performance, the Surge have activated quarterback Reilly Hennessey from injured reserve, meaning the long-time Schwäbisch Hall Unicorn could potentially be active on the roster, pushing out Allen. Stuttgart have not clarified on the situation, so either quarterback could make the start tomorrow.
The Ravens have faced a tough schedule this year but have been consistently proving themselves to be one of the best teams in the ELF. Quarterback Chad Jeffries has been outstanding, placing second in passing touchdowns (20) and fourth in yards (2188). His primary receiver, Markell Castle, leads the league in receiving, being the only wideout to surpass the 1,000 yard mark, while Irish running back Tomiwa Oyewo completes the trio, finding himself top three in both rushing yards and touchdowns.
Nobody can stop Tomiwa Oyewo 💨

Defense is where the two teams will most likely differ, with the Surge boasting one of the best defenses in the league, conceding just 17 points per game. The same cannot be said for the Ravens, however, conceding over 27 points per game.
