LIVESTREAM Sweden PPV: Kristianstad Predators @ Örebro Black Knights, May 18, 15:00 CET (3 pm, 9 am EDT).
The Örebro Black Knights (1-3) are badly in need of a win when they host the Kristianstad Predators (1-3) at Behrn Arena today, May 18 as the Swedish Superserien heads into the second half of the season.
The Black Knights lost 47-29 last week to the visiting Tyresö Royal Crowns and find themselves in a precarious position in the standings. That loss was their first game since suffering an upset 31-23 loss to the Limhamn Griffins a month ago. They had opened the season by dropping a 39-18 decision to the Stockholm Mean Machines but then got their only win when they beat Norway’s Oslo Vikings 31-19.
Kristianstad fell last week to the Oslo Vikings 35-28 after losing to the Stockholm Mean Machines 41-18 three weeks ago. They had earned their first win the week before, 21-20 against AIK Stockholm. The Predators had suffered a tough opening day loss in their first game back in Sweden’s top league since 2015, when they were trounced by the Carlstad Crusaders 42-6.
