The Badalona Dracs (3-1) will host the L’Hospitalet Pioners (2-2) Saturday, February 22 as the Spanish National League of American Football crosses the midpoint of the 2025 season.
Badalona beat the Pioners 43-14 in their season opener but were then upset by the Mallorca Voltors 24-22 in week #2 action. They rebounded with a 32-23 win over the Barcelona Pagesos before downing the Terrassa Reds 40-22 three weeks ago.
The Pioners lost their first two games of the season after being thumped 43-14 by the Dracs on opening day and 19-16 by the Reds. Two weeks ago they turned things around by stunning the Mallorca Voltors 16-14. They then blanked the Pagesos 7-0 in a defensive battle a week ago.
Badalona quarterback Pol Singelton leads the league with 11 touchdown passes while running back Keshawn Williams (University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff/NCAA Div. I) is the leading scorer in the league with 50 points including a league-best eight touchdowns scored.
