The undefeated Badalona Dracs (5-0) head to Zaragoza, Spain to face the 1-4 Zaragoza Hurricanes as the Spanish American Football League heads into the latter half of the season.
These two teams played earlier this year with the Dracs hammering Zaragoza 54-0.
The Dracs have opened the 2019 campaign in impressive fashion. In beating the Valencia Firebats twice 46-12 and 58-8, the Hurricanes, Mallorca Voltors (48-7), Murcia Cobras (49-26), the Dracs have outscored their opponents 255-53. Quarterback Hunter Correll has thrown 30 touchdown passes with receivers Guillem García and Taylor Ekström being is main targets. Linebacker Terrell Woods leads a formidable defense which also includes Jorge Hernández, Jorge Ruiz and Felipe Archila.
Zaragoza will be in tough. So far, in five games the offense has managed to score 27 points while the defense is allowing an average of 30 points a game. The Hurricanes lone win was a 12-9 squeaker against the Gijon Mariners.
