The Badalona Dracs (6-1) will take the 40 minute bus ride to Terrassa on the outskirts of Barcelona to face the Terrassa Reds (4-1-1) in a late season game in the Spanish National League of Football that has playoff implications for the Reds.

A win today by Terrassa would secure second place and a semifinal berth.

The last time these two teams met, the Dracs came away 40-22 winners.

The Reds, who are new to the top league this season, opened the season with a 21-0 win over the Barcelona Pagesos.  They then defeated the L’Hospitalet Pioners 19-16 in week #2 before suffering that loss to the Dracs. They rebounded by beating the Mallorca Voltors 28-20 behind a three touchdown game from Alpha Jalloh who played both receiver and quarterback. However, they mustered only a 3-3 tie against the Barcelona Pagesos but downed the Pioners 27-9.

Badalona opened the season with a 43-14 win over the Pioners but were then upset 24-22 by the Voltors in week #2 action. They rebounded with a 32-23 win over the Barcelona Pagesos before downing the Reds. They then hit their stride shutting out the Pioners 28-0, beating the Voltors 41-27 and blanking the Pagesos 34-0.
