The Spanish League of American Football winds up second to last weekend of the 2024 regular season with a battle between the Coslada Camioneros (3-3) and the Alcobendas Cavaliers (0-7).

In the first meeting between the two teams this season, Coslada came away with a 21-18 victory. If there was a chance for the Cavaliers to get their first win of the year, it would be today.

To get their three wins, the Camioneros defeated the Mariners twice, 34-20 and 31-20 while also downing Alcobendas 21-18. They lost to Las Rozas and Osos 48-0 and two weeks ago were upended by the Black Demons 58-13. Alcobendas has had a season to forget. In addition to losing to Coslada, they suffered a pair of lopsided losses to Osos (34-6 and 47-0) and to Las Rozas Black Demons (36-7 and 44-13). They were also beaten by the Gijon Mariners twice, 27-21 and 35-22.

The Camioneros offense is led by quarterback Iván López, whose favorite targets are wideouts Iván García, Mason Tyler Wilfong and Ethan Fischler.

For the Cavaliers, quarterback David Yu will have to find a way to spark an offense that is averaging 12 points a game while the defense is giving up 35 points every contest.
