Team China (0-2) will face Team Korea (0-2) in a battle of two winless teams in the 3rd Annual World University Championships in Harbin, China June 21.
China has lost all three of its previous games by lopsided scores. The United States defeated China 69-0, and then Japan beat them by an almost identical score, 70-0. Finally Mexico handed China a 70-0 loss.
Korea has suffered similar fates dropping a 32-0 loss to Japan and then losing 70-0 to Mexico.
This is China’s third appearance in the World University Championships. Meanwhile, Korea is competing in the tournament for the first time.
