The 2-0 and defending LFA champions, the Mexico City Condors will take on the winless 0-2 Puebla Artilleros Sunday, February 23 as the Liga de Futbol Americano (LFA) winds up its third weekend of play.
The Condors have beaten the Pioners 29-7 and the Osos 27-10. For Puebla, the scenario is the opposite as they have lost to the Dinos, 12-10, and the Mexicas 26-24. In other words, they have been in both games.
The Mexico City squad is the highest-scoring team in the Central Division having scored 56 points but also has the top defense, allowing just 17 points in two games. The Artilleros have put 34 points up in the two games they have played but allowed 38.
This could be the game when the Artilleros put everything together at the same time. Although Mexico City will be full of confidence, this one is tough to predict.
