LIVESTREAM Italy: Torino Giaguari @ Albisola Pirates, March 16, 14:30 CET (2:30 pm, 9:30 am ET)

The Albisola Pirates (1-1), newcomers to Italy’s top league, will host the Torino Giaguari (3-0) in the fifth weekend of play in the Italian Football League, Sunday, March 16 at CS Luceto Albisola field.
This is the first meeting between these two teams.
The Pirates lost their opening game of the 2025 season after getting pounded 49-0 by the Firenze Guelfi. However, they rebounded last week with a 24-17 win over the Lazio Marines.
Torino has opened the season with three straight wins after beating the Lazio Marines 48-14, the Ferrara Aquile 20-7 and the Varese Skorpions 31-7.
Pirates quarterback Jordy Baidal threw for a mere 44 yards in that opening day shutout loss to the Guelfi. In fact, Abisola only mustered 91 yards in total offense. This improved slightly against Lazio as Baidal threw for 86 yards and a touchdown while Lawrence Dalla Betta (University of West Florida) rotated in and threw for 120 yards while rushing for 69 and another two scores. The tandem quarterback system worked well and expect the Pirates to rely on it again today.
Torino quarterback Evan Lewandowsky (University of Wisconsin-Whitewater), has thrown for 637 yards and six touchdowns in the three games while adding 106 yards and another touchdown on the ground. His key targets are Luciano Giuliani who has 11 catches for 256 yards and a touchdown and Andy Serra who has 10 for 169 yards. Tavion McCarthy has caught five passes for 121 yards and four scores.
