Kiel opened the season by matching their win total from 2023 by beating the Braunschweig New Yorker Lions in their opening game doubling up on them 28-14. They then were beaten 21-19 by the Dolphins and by the Potsdam Royals 56-23 before dropping that loss to the Monarchs. They rebounded with a dominant 56-24 win over the Berlin Rebels but were brought back down to earth in a 42-34 loss to the Hildesheim Invaders. They were then beaten by the Lions 29-15 last week in Braunschweig.
