The La Courneuve Flash (2-0) will host the Amiens Spartiates (1-1) under the lights in this week three matchups in the FFA Elite.

In the early going the defending champion Flash are looking like one of France’s top teams this season. Across the field, the Spartiates hope to pull off the road upset and stake their own claim as contenders

The undefeated Flash who beat the Molosses 26-14 and the Cougars 47-6, will play host to a Spartiates team looking for its first win. Look for young French quarterback Leo Cremes to continue to throw the ball well and target Ben Von Jagow. Last week, Cremades threw for an eye-popping six touchdowns earning himself league player of the week.

On defense, the Flash have a ton of talent including versatile homegrown talent Wadjihi Said and American pass rusher Zachary Curry.

Amiens has had a tough start to the season, losing two close games. They first dropped a game to the Pionnieres 28-24 and then to Molosses 44-33. On offense, former Wofford (NCAA DI FCS) dual-threat quarterback Joe Newman brings some flair to this group.

On defense, Julien Small and the Spartiates hope to keep a talented Flash team from scoring at will. American import  Deangelo Chesson (North Carolina Wesleyan NCAA DIII) hopes to make an impact on special teams as he’s flash the ability to change the game as kick returner.
