LIVESTREAM CFL Preseason: Winnipeg Blue Bombers @ Saskatchewan Roughriders, May 20, 22:00 CET (10 pm, 4 pm EDT)
The first preseason game of the 2024 Canadian Football League season kicks off today, Monday May 20 with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers visiting Mosaic Stadium to take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Notable for the Blue Bombers will be quarterback Chris Streveler starting under centre and Zach Collaros not listed on the team’s official depth chart. Streveler signed a one-year deal with Winnipeg back in January for his second stint with the team following time in the NFL.
Tyrell Ford will start at cornerback, also in his return to Winnipeg following time in the NFL, while a pair of familiar names, Kenny Lawler and Drew Wolitarsky, are listed at the top of the depth chart for Monday’s game. Brady Oliveira will not play, instead it will be Johnny Augustine getting the start at running back.

The Roughriders will be starting many of their starters according to their depth chart including quarterback Trevor Harris, receivers Kian Schaffer-Baker, Samuel Emilus and Shawn Bane Jr., safety Jayden Dalke and defensive tackle Anthony Lanier II.
It’s also the first time fans get to catch middle linebacker Jameer Thurman, running back AJ Ouellette and offensive lineman Jermarcus Hardrick in green and white after the trio signed with the team as free agents this off-season. All three are listed as the starters at their respective positions for Monday’s contest.
