The Gridiron New South Wales State Challenge heads into the second round April 26 when the Queensland Sun Devils take on the ACT Monarchs at Collegians Sports & Performance Centre in Wollongong
The Sun Devils are coming off a 22-15 victory over the NSW Wolfpack two nights ago which saw Queensland score a late touchdown and then hold on for the win.
The Gridiron NSW State Challenge is a tournament that replaces the Australian National Championship which was cancelled this year. It pits U20 and men’s all star teams from New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory against each other with each team playing the others once.
