France’s D1 Elite league reaches the home stretch this weekend with three weeks left in the 2024 regular season.
There are battles for playoff berths across the board with only one team out of contention in the 11 team, two-conference league. The Conference A leading La Courneuve Flash (4-1-1) travel across town in Paris to face the Saint-Ouen Cougars who they lost to earlier in the season. In Conference B action, the Grizzlys Catalans who are battling to finish first, will be on the road to face the Toulouse Ours who still have a shot at a playoff spot. The Aix Argonautes, the only team without a realistic chance of making the post season, can play spoilers when they travel to Nice to take on the Nice Dauphins who desperately need a win. Finally, the conference-leading Marseille Blue Stars will play host to the faltering Cannes Iron Mask who also need a win to stay out of reach of the Dauphins and Ours for the final playoff spot.
All four of these games will be livestreamed. In other non livestreamed action, the Rouen Leopards will be at home to face the Asnieries Molosses in Conference A play.
