IFAF President Tommy Wiking to Continue Leave of Absence

Yesterday, the IFAF (International Federation of American Football) released some information regarding their leadership.

Tommy Wiking, who took a leave of his position amid the cancellation of the Stockholm games back in December, will have his leave extended.

There was no shortage of controversy surrounding the cancellation. Surely, a strong governing body is key to the continued global development and future success of the sport internationally.

This move, along with the appointment Managing Director Andy Fuller, seem to be designed to reestablish faith in IFAF’s leadership through this rocky time for the international American football authority.
