German Football League packed full of action this weekend
The German Football League heads into its sixth weekend of play with 12 of the 17 teams in action.
Three teams will put unbeaten records on the line. The 4-0 Potsdam Royals will host the 2-2 Dresden Monarchs, the 4-0 Braunschweig New Yorker Lions will host the 3-2 Berlin Rebels and the 3-0 Allgäu Comets will welcome the 3-2 Berlin Adler to Kempten. In other action, Kiel (0-3) will be looking for their first win when they face the 1-3 Ravensburg Razorbacks on the road while the 1-2 Munich Cowboys travel to Straubing to take on the 1-3 Straubing Spiders. Finally, the Saarland Hurricanes will match up with the Ingolstadt Dukes in front of their own home crowd in Saarbrucken. Ravensburg Razorbacks (1-3) @ Kiel Baltic Hurricanes (0-3)
The visiting Razorbacks are coming off their first win of the season after they downed the Marburg Mercenaries 26-21 while Kiel were beaten 48-23 by the Potsdam Royals in their last outing.

Straubing Spiders (1-3) @Munich Cowboys (1-2)
The Spiders were edged 35-34 by Saarland a week ago which saw them come up short after scoring three fourth quarter touchdowns. Meanwhile, Munich struggled last week against the Allgäu Comets and fell behind 41-0 before scoring two late touchdowns.

Dresden Monarchs (2-1) @ Potsdam Royals (4-0)
This may be the most interesting matchup of the weekend. Two of the highest scoring teams in the GFL will clash. Both are averaging 39 points a game while Dresden has surrendered an average of just 16 points a game and Potsdam 18.

Ingolstadt Dukes (1-2) @ Saarland Hurricanes (2-1)
The Hurricanes will be looking to improve to 3-1 in the GFL South standings while Ingolstadt will be happy to be facing a team not called the Unicorns to whom they lost two straight.

Berlin Adler (2-2) @ Allgäu Comets (3-0)
The Adler are finally back home after playing two consecutive games on the road. In one of two interconference games this weekend, they are facing a Comets team that leads the GFL South and can score in bunches.

Berlin Rebels (3-2) @ Braunschweig New Yorker Lions (4-0)
This is a game that will test the Lions as Berlin is coming off two straight losses which included a surprise upset 16-8 loss to the Paderborn Dolphins last week. Braunschweig has looked impressive so far this season.
