The Potsdam Royals of the German Football League have made yet another big signing, this time agreeing to terms with receiver Jared Wolfe. The former Villanova Wildcat looks forward to bringing his talents to Germany:
“Fans can expect an unmatched work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed. I hope to be a role model both on and off the field. Go Royals!”
The 6’1″, 195-pound Seaford, New York native spent three seasons playing at Western New England University (NCAA DIII). During his time there he recorded 64 receptions for 845 yards and six touchdowns. The 23-year-old then spent two seasons at the division one FCS level playing for the Villanova University Wildcats. In 21 games for the Wildcats, Wolfe played receiver and kick returner totaling five catches for 55 yards while adding 144 punt return yards.
The Royals continue to add talent as they look to build on their semi-final season in 2021. Potsdam has already signed lineman Stefán Stefánsson, Stanley Aronkale, and Robert Sövegjarto. Other talents joining the Royals club are Filipo Fort and Karri Pajarinen.
