Finland: Porvoon Butchers sign NCAA All Star QB Harry Roubidoux
The Porvoon Butchers have announced the signing of quarterback Harry Roubidoux for the 2025 Maple League season in Finland.
The 6-1, 200 pound native of Winneconne, Wisconsin is coming off an outstanding four-year college career at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (NCAA Div. III). From 2021-2024 he was the starting quarterback for the Bluegolds throwing for 7,684 yards and 55 touchdowns. In his senior season, he completed 243 of 385 passes for 2,549 yards and 18 touchdowns. He was selected to the 2024 WIAC All Star team and finished as the school’s all-time completions (683) and pass attempts (1,232) leader.
The Butchers finished the 2024 regular season with an 8-4 record but were eliminated in the semifinals by eventual champions the Helsinki Roosters.
