Italy’s passing, receiving and rushing leaders with one week left before playoffs
The Italian Football League wound up the 10th week of the regular season this past weekend and with only one game left, the top passer, receiver stayed the same while the Rhinos TJ Pryor finally overtook Louis Controne as the leading rusher in the league so far in 2017.
Passing
Firenze Guelfi quarterback Eddie Printz is the top passer in the Italian Football League with 2,193 yards barely ahead of Dustin Hawke Willingham of the Bolzano Giants who is seven yards behind with 2,186 yards and a league-leading 25 TD passes. The Milano Seamen’s Luke Zahradka remains third with 1,1917 yards. . His Seamen have the second leading offense in Italy with 298 points. Ancona’s Ryan Kasdorf ends in fourth with his 1,797 yards and Tommaso Monardi from the Parma Panthers has made strong gains and now has 1,625 yards.

Milano Rhinos quarterback TJ Pryor rushed for 123 yards against the Bergamo Lions last week and with his 720 yards overtakes Torino Giaguari’s running back Louis Cotrone who is now second in Italy with 631 yards in nine games. Bergamo Lions quarterback Giorgio Bryant remains third in rushing with 533 yards. Caleb Watkins is the only bright spot for the winless Roma Grizzlies and is now the fourth leading rusher in Italy with 492 yards while another Rhino occupies fifth, Elvis Cira, who has rushed for 489 yards after a 119 yard performance against Bergamo last week.
