EuroFootballClinics: Learn the X’s & O’s from the Pros
A new experiment in American football coaching clinics is picking up speed in Europe.
Eurofootballclinics.com is a site dedicated to bringing an online education to the international American football community.
The EuroFootballClinics team aims to bring in top coaching talent to lead online clinics that give current and aspiring coaches worldwide access to knowledge from the comfort of their home or office.
Peter Vaas, whose resume includes stints with Notre Dame, Miami (Ohio), Duke, the CFL‘s Montreal Alouettes, and NFL Europe‘s Barcelona Dragons, Berlin Thunder, Cologne Centurions, returns to be featured in a March 12th online lecture titled “How We Win – Our Plan.”
Vaas’s lecture will focus on football’s mental side, preparation , and team building. This 2.5 hour lecture will cost viewers 7€.

EuroFootballClinics
Back in December, EuroFootballClinics held a three-day online seminar featuring some of Europe’s top coaching talent. Peter Vaas starred and was joined by Larry Legault, the former France national team head coach and current 2-time defending French champions Thonon-les-bains Black Panthers.
Head coach Shuan Fatah, whose career has spanned from the NFL Europe‘s Berlin Thunder and Hamburg Sea Devils to the GFL‘s Berlin Alder and now is current head coach of Austria‘s Swarco Raiders was also part of the speaker series.

Full Peter Vaas Bio:
A native of Westwood, Mass., Vaas was a three-year starter at quarterback for Holy Cross after a successful high school career at Westwood High School in Westwood, Mass.Following graduation in 1974, Vaas, began his coaching career as an assistant at Allegheny College before moving on to New Hampshire. In 1986, he returned to Allegheny as head coach before serving as an offensive assistant at Notre Dame under the legendary Lou Holtz. Following Notre Dame, coach Vaas became the head coach at Holy Cross for four seasons, Then came a stretch of nine seasons at the professional level, spanning two continents and four teams: the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL (offensive coordinator), the Barcelona Dragons of the NFLE (Assistant Coach), the Berlin Thunder of the NFLE (head coach) and the Cologne Centurions of the NFLE (head coach). Coach Vass’ Berlin Thunder captured back to back World Bowls in 2001 and 2002 – a unique exploit in the history of the NFLE. In 2005 coach Vaas returned to the NCAA where he has brought his wealth of offensive experience to programs like Notre Dame, Duke, Miami (Ohio), and the University of South Florida. Since 2013 coach Vaas has been involved with a multitude of activities in football at a variety of levels.
