The Wroclaw Panthers of the European League of Football have found their new quarterback in 6’6 Steven Duncan. The NCAA D1 passer comes to Wroclaw after being the best statical quarterback in the German Football League last season.
Duncan brings a huge frame at 6’6 245-pounds and big-time production with the ELF. He spent last year with the Dresden Monarchs of the German Football League helping them reach the semifinals with a record of 10-2. Duncan was statistically the league’s best passer throwing for a staggering 4,703 and 58 touchdowns leading the league in both categories. Duncan threw for 335 yards a game and boasted a 68% completion percentage, throwing only eight interceptions in 14 games.
Duncan’s best game came last year on July 1 as he shattered a GFL record throwing for nine touchdowns, going 32-36 and throwing for 378 yards in a 62-32 win over the Saarland Hurricanes.

Before coming to Europe in 2023, Duncan spent his last two college seasons with the Tarleton State Texans (NCAA DI FCS) where he threw for 4,047 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions in 18 games. During his junior season in 2021, the Charleston, South Carolina native threw for 2,505 and 19 touchdowns, including a 403-yard and four-touchdown performance against powerhouse Sam Houston State.
Duncan began his NCAA career at NCAA DI FBS program Western Kentucky, where he started eight games and threw for 1,863 yards and 14 touchdowns, before transferring to Tarleton State.

After his junior season at Tarleton State, Duncan transferred once again, this time to University of Incarnate Word where he spent the 2022 season backing up NFL Draft Prospect Lindsey Scott on a Cardinals team that reached the FCS Semi-finals. Duncan made five appearances during the season, going 19-34 for 346 yards and one touchdown, while adding another two scores on the ground.
