ELF: Paris Musketeers sign French DE Valentin Gnahoua
The Paris Musketeers of the European League of Football have signed French defensive lineman Valentin Gnahoua
Gnahoua had been signed by the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League earlier this year but was released just prior to the season.
The 6’2″, 235 pound Gnahoua was selected by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats with the first overall pick of the 2019 CFL European Draft and spent the last three seasons with the team. He saw action in 38 games, recording one defensive tackle, 11 special teams tackles, one forced fumble, and one blocked punt. Prior to the CFL, the native of Le Mans, France, spent two seasons (2017-18) with the Berlin Rebels of the German Football League and logged 47 tackles and nine sacks in 13 games.
