The Munich Ravens have signed former University of North Carolina quarterback Russell Tabor for the 2025-2027 European League of Football seasons.
The 6’2, 215 pound native of Charlotte, North Carolina spent the 2024 season with Osos Rivas in the Spanish National League (Liga Nacional de Fútbol Americano) helping the Madrid-based team reach the Spanish Bowl.
During the regular season, he completed 110 of 170 passes (67%) for 1,491 yards and 23 touchdowns, against only 4 interceptions. That gives him an NFL passer rating of 122.48. He also for 146 yards and four touchdowns averaging just under six yards a carry.
While at UNC, he was a backup to NFL quarterbacks Drake Maye (New England Patriots) and Sam Howell (Seattle Seahawks).
