ELF: Madrid Bravos sign OL Yasir Raji
The Madrid Bravos have made a splash signing bringing in veteran offensive lineman Yasir Raji. Raji moves from the Rhein Fire where his offensive coordinator was Andrew Weidinger the past two seasons, to join Weidinger as a cornerstone piece of the Bravos offensive line.
Raji, 27, brings with him experience from the German Football League where he played for the Dresden Monarchs and Potsdam Royals before joining the Rhein Fire in 2023. Raji was a versatile blocker often lining up as a guard, tackle, and even tight end in Weidinger’s offense that helped the Rhein Fire win back-to-back ELF titles.
