The Cologne Centurions of the European League of Football have signed German linebacker Leon Littfinski. Centurions, general manager David Drane is thrilled to have one of Germany’s best domestic defender’s in uniform:

He has been away from football the past year and now is ready to make a return. Our defense led by our Linebacker core will make some huge steps in 2022 and we are already excited about the new Centurions!”
The 5’11,” 220 pound defender is no stranger to football in Cologne as the 26-year-old has been playing a member of the Cologne Crocodiles of the German Football League since 2010. In 2020, Littfinski took his talents up north to Stockholm playing for the Mean Machine in the Swedish Superserien. in his last full season in 2019, the defender recorded 100 tackles, eight tackles for a loss, four sacks, and two forced fumbles for his hometown Crocodiles. The veteran was Cologne’s leading tackler in the 2018 and 2017 seasons putting up 72 and 59 total tackles respectively.
The Centurion’s newest defender joins a cologne team looking to reload from a semi-final appearance in 2021. With new head coach Frank Roser at the helm, Cologne has already re-signed the reigning league MVP Madre London, receiver Quinton Pounds, and German quarterback Jan Weinreich. Defensively, Littfinski joins linebacker Marius Kensy in what should form a very formidable duo of domestic linebackers.
