China Arena Football League Grabbing Global Headlines For TD Celebrations
The China Arena Football League has gained the attention of major media outlets worldwide including CBS Sports, ESPN and the Bleacher Report, not only for its pioneering efforts in introducing professional football to China, but also for the way it is doing it.
It seems that the NFL has earned the moniker the “No Fun League” thanks in part to its crackdown on touchdown celebrations.
Well, the CAFL suffers from no such issues. While the level of talent and competition is far from the caliber of the NFL, the games are producing plenty of excitement for the packed crowds in China and a player break dancing at the 50-yard line after scoring a touchdown is definitely fun to see.
