CEFL Semifinals feature four of Europe’s top club teams
The Central European Football League championship tournament has reached the semifinal stage with a pair of national title holders and runners up still in the mix.
The German Football League defending champion Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns will host the French 2022 runners up, the Thonon Black Panthers in one semifinal while the Italian 2021 champions and 2022 semifinalists, the Parma Panthers, will pay a visit to Paris to face the French reigning champions, the Flash de la Courneuve.

The Unicorns scored a touchdown on the final play of the game to defeat Sweden’s Stockholm Mean Machines in the quarterfinals while Thonon broke a 14-14 halftime tie to defeat Italy’s defending champions, the Firenze Guelfi 27-14 in their quarterfinal game.

Parma Panthers @ Flash de la Courneuve
The Flash fell behind 14-13 to Spain’s top team, the Las Rozas Black Demons but scored 12 unanswered fourth quarter points to win 27-14 and advance to the semifinals. Meanwhile, Parma scored two fourth quarter touchdowns to pull away from Vukovi Belgrade from Serbia for a 28-10 win.
