Belgium: URGENT – Limburg Shotguns need an opponent for November 27!!

The Limburg Shotguns, one of the top teams in Belgium, are suddenly without an opponent for the national championship game so they are inviting teams to play them this Saturday, November 27.

This highly unusual request comes on the heels of the bitter controversy in Belgium in which the first Belgian Bowl qualifier, the Brussels Black Angels, along with the Shotguns’ semifinal opponent, have refused to play. They have both boycotted any further games in Belgium.

The stadium – Mijnstadion of Beringen – is reserved and all beverages, catering and even cheerleaders are booked.

The team is busy with the rest of the game organization so all an opponent needs to do is show up.

Any teams interested should contact the Shotguns at limburgshotguns@live.be, on Instagram, on Facebook, or WhatsApp, preferably before midnight tonight, November 24.
